Sucking Good Crawfish More - Katy

We’ve wasted time and gas 2 times going to the restaurant only for it not to be open. I’m very aware of its hours of operation. There’s a number to call for pick up orders but no one answers.

I drove all the way there and I arrived at 6:09pm they said they open at five they were not even open a waste of my time and gas. I went to 7 spices instead.

Unfortunately didn’t get my order so this isn’t a food review but their customer service SUCKS!!! I wanted to order some food and pick up after work in order to scope the scene for a future visit but instead I was turned completely off by the two ladies (lack of) customer service behind the bar/counter.

My turkey necks weren't fresh and they only been on a couples hours. I didn't get all my order I was suppose to get 2 potatoes,2 corns and 2 eggs I got 1 of each! The egg still had cracked shell on it and the egg shell was all in bag on turkey necks.

I wanted to like this place but i was so disappointed. The service was terrible. The food was mediocre. They played good music but the dining experience was not impressive. Especially for a place that you're buying crab and spending good money. It's okay to come for a beer or drink to hear music, but I wouldn't expect a lot of the food or service. Again, I wanted to like and support this place. Bummed at the disappointment.
