Sharetea - Katy

You have some of the best flavors! Seriously. People told me how great their teas were, but I thought it was just hype. The best way I can explain her flavors is like what Jelly Belly has made to jelly beans, Sharetea to Boba tea. Really excellent flavors!

Katy Asian town is a fun place to visit for food and drink. The options are many, and if you are in the mood for tea, you will find at least half a dozen places to visit, one of them is Sharetea. Small in size, this Sharetea location can go about 25 people on the inside, but many who visit here will get their drink to go. There are no outdoor seats, so if you want to sit back and relax, you need to grab a table. There is music in the background, but there is no TV or other entertainment. The focus is on tea. With tea, guests will notice that it is divided into categories such as fruit tea, milk tea, brewed tea, signature tea, etc. The teas are usually cold, served over ice, but some also offer hot options. If you want, you can also choose an add-on, such as beads, pudding, ice cream, also assorted jelly. Sharetea serves several delicious tea drinks and they are mostly sweet. I noticed that they count calories and most of them are quite high, but if you want, you can ask that your less sweet be made that will cut the calories. The milk teas are usually higher in calories, but there are several excellent choices among them, such as mango green milk tea, coffee milk tea, ginger milk tea, and so on. They also have some delicious fruity options, such as tropical fruit tea, passion fruit orange grapefruit tea, and others. One thing I like about Sharetea is that every drink comes in a standard size. This is cool because it means you don't have to decide about a size. If you want more, just order a second portion. I also like how the drinks are sealed with a thin film layer on top. To drink, just push your straw through the foil. It helps to keep your drink before spilling. Oh, be sure that if you order your drink with additional beads, you will get a wider straw. If you select a standard straw, the beads will block the straw. I also like to put a small label on any plastic glass that indicates the taste. In this way you know what and do not accidentally take a family member choice by mistake. Tea drinks are great and Sharetea has many delicious tea drinks that you can choose from. I wish they had snacks to enjoy with the tea, but this is a cool place, regardless of it and a nice stop for refreshment at your next visit to Katy Asian Town.

I gave 4 stars, due to the fact, I ordered the mango / passion fruit tea. I said they had no mango. I would have given 5 stars if they actually had what the menu offered.

I stop by here a couple of times during the week and the staff is always so friendly and easy to talk to. The strawberry ice blend with lychee jelly and ice cream is definitely my go to drink!
