This catering company is one of the best in the Houston area. Chef Fabrice started his business, I believe, last year, and since then I have been ordering his soon-to-be-famous Royal Chocolate cake. Of course, I also get the petits fours (both sweet and savory) for parties. Thank you for being in Texas, Fabrice!
