Their prices have definitely gone up way too much . Food is okay but not worth the price .

Worst service ever. We made an online order for pickup. Arrived to the place and our order was never prepared. They rushed to make my order and gave me the worst quality. When arrived home we realized we got cheese only instead of beef. Called to complaint and they said they couldn't prepare the correct order unless we returned with our order to show them. Worst quality, wrong order, and they still wouldn't accept their mistake.

We visit this restaurant primarily for the pupusas, which are absolutely fantastic. However, the service leaves much to be desired—it’s inconsistent and slow. The wait staff is friendly, but our drinks weren't refilled and no one checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Additionally, we weren't informed that we needed to go to the front hostess stand to settle our bill, so we ended up waiting quite a while for a check that never came. Despite these issues, it’s a wonderful place for homemade pupusas.

The food here is fantastic—especially the pupusas! We travel about an hour just to eat here. The dishes are fresh and not greasy like at other places.
