Kingdom Bakery - Katy

I visited the restaurant today and spoke with the staff, but I was disappointed with their response. Despite there being no other customers, the server appeared preoccupied and was not very friendly. I ended up leaving without placing an order.

We have always enjoyed the food at this restaurant, especially the sandwiches. However, we had a negative experience today. We ordered a sandwich and a cupcake for my daughter who was at home alone, with the delivery scheduled for 11:45 am. When the order arrived, only the cupcake was delivered and we were not informed of the missing sandwich. Upon learning of this from my daughter, I contacted Kingdom Bakery and was provided with excuses such as their bread being frozen and not being able to fulfill early morning orders. If this was the case, why did they accept the order in the first place? I would have ordered from another restaurant if I had known. This experience left us very disappointed.

Called for the price on 1 dozen plain cupcakes and after waiting told $36. Wry expensive for a plain cupcake

The honey cake was delicious. The service was quite speedy. Although they used to offer mushroom and potato pie, it is still available for pre-order!

I am so happy I chose them to do my daughters cake because it came out PERFECT!!! Better then the picture I sent them and told them I wanted it like. I am amazed and HIGHLY recommend this place for birthday parties, weddings, etc. they did an amazing job.
