You will have the opportunity to try dishes that you may have never considered ordering before. The dining experience will last for more than three hours, leaving you feeling very relaxed in the beautiful surroundings by the end of the meal.

We booked the restaurant well in advance if our arrival. The restaurant itself is in the most beautiful countryside. You can enjoy a cocktail and snacks on the porch or in the garden. The owner takes great pride in offering the best service and perfect experience. It was so hot that evening that instead of pouring us a glass of wine she poured us several pours so the wine was cool and delicious. This kind of attention to detail means a great deal. Joel (sp? the chef was adorable. His energy,, enthusiasm, skill combined to create a lovely meal. Everything was a reflection of the location and seasonality of the garden. He had been trained early on in her career by Magnus at Flaivken. Apparently the are still great friends. Book in advance and ask for a table in the front by the windows...a but quieter there.

This place def have Michelin ambitions, service food well everything was great. Special focus on eco vegetables, but they also have good quality meat. Book well in advance
