Sagar ratna should seriously think about distributing her franchise to these crooks. they accused money for sagar ratna and will supply food like a third grade dhaba. I ordered tee, aloo prantha and mysore masala dosa. tee. with only warm water and lots of sugar. aloo prantha...just half cooked prantha without alu. mysore masala dosa. only red chilli sauce and 2-3 old day masala. these people have broken this franchise demolition.

I ordered the Shahi Platter at this restaurant, but unfortunately, none of the other dishes served were good. The food had no taste and the staff was not friendly. We also ordered roti, but they told us it would take more than 20 minutes to prepare. When I asked to cancel the order, the staff at the cash counter refused and started behaving rudely. The service was terrible. I would not recommend dining at Sagar Ratna.

I ordered kadhai paneer, rajma, aloo jeera from her ardh kumari outlet in vaishno devi, but there was nothing bad in my life that was not edible. only the taste of tomatengravie came in kadhai paneer and the same rajma. After visiting Mata Vaishno Devi with my family and completing our darshan at the temple around 10PM, we decided to stop for dinner at Sagar Ratna. Despite being a popular chain, the restaurant was quite crowded and the self-service system added to the challenge of getting our food quickly. However, the food was delicious and satisfying, which was exactly what we needed after a long and exhausting day.
