Moti Mahal - Karunagapally

If u have patience....then you can have a good time there... Tasty foods...

Bad ambience, charges 4 star rates for food, food is too bad, restaurant is too bad, never use it

EDIT: Apparently their Tandoori chef has fled, and they aren't able to keep up. If you must ABSOLUTELY eat here, I'd recommend only the biryani or Chinese/Kerala food. However, I won't be eating here again any time soon. Also, the manager is really rude.

One of the best family restaurant in Karunagapally. You can find tasty North Indian, Continental food over here. Not for typical Kerala meals. Located next to KC Centre, with ample car parking.

Really disappointed. The place is not worth the money. The food, even just after having two bites, makes you feel full and bloated. Its like they add something to it to make you feel like that. The items on the menu, when they arrive at your table, look minimal (esp. the chaat items , are very highly priced (almost ten times the real/road price...unbelievable.. 200 Rs for a chaat item? and don't taste good too. The tandoori items I had tried twice, BOTH times the chicken was uncooked. The first time I had visited the place, I had complained that the raita that came along was salted to the range it was uneatable. The service isn't really upto the mark. I have been to Moti Mahal in Delhi, and I know what and how they serve there. This one in Karunagapally doesn't do justice to that great restaurant. Or they will have to climb the steep hill of restructuring and redelivering if they want to justify that tag. Avoidable place for now.
