Bidrage med feedbackThe place is nice with possible great views, though on the day we visited it was overcast and raining , so we did not get any views. Good ambience, friendly hosts. cakes and other snack were good and decent but tea was very expensive and since i am not big tea fan i personally did not enjoy the teas though people in our group. Our bill for 17 people for afternoon tea and snacks INR. 4600/-...phew!if you are not a tea connoisseur don't go for the exotic (i mean the expensive) teas
The tea was the usual Darjeeling 1st flush tea, however it was not extraordinary and it wasn’t at par with the charges for the same. The place was also crowded with visitors who stood at the balcony and blocked the view.
An extremely scenic view from the deck. But due to the flow of travellers, the staff are not very cordial- getting a seat for a single person needed some persuasion !! the rose flavoured tea was good , the peanut butter cookies were fresh and tasty. The staff at the counter selling tea and mementoes are totally customer unfriendly and slow to respond to queries.
View was great . Old world charm. Deck is really unique experience . Okay food can be better. Service of staff can be faster .
This is an amazing place with an amazing view. It sits on a platform that reaches out into thin air over a cliff, with a deck that runs around the whole place. Beautiful view, feeling like you're hanging in the air above the tea gardens. It feels like you're sitting in the clouds looking down at God's creation. And the food is fantastic! First time I've really enjoyed a veg wrap. The ginger cake was exceptional! Could have a few more selections to the menu, though, because the chef is awesome!
