Glenarty Road - KARRIDALE

Sadly we have been recommending Glenarty to others for some time now, and this means it is more and more popular, requiring bookings almost every time. The food is very fresh, local and seasonal. Meats are always delicious and vegetables simply but very tastily prepared. BBQ treatment is common. Our current favourite is the fabulous sough dough bread with bone marrow. Yummo. No matter how hot the weather, Ash, Tom and other staff are always smiling and attentive. We mourn the end of the Amphora white wine but eagerly await the new vintage. Pet Nat bubbles are a fab starter for lunch.

Best place ever. Great food, great wine, great service. Our go to place with visitors, or just for a lovely afternoon.
