Bidrage med feedbackFor more than 18 years, the family run by Alessandro Muccardo has existed on the western edge of Karlsruhe city centre. As it is easily accessible by public transport, the tram stop Mühlburger Tor Kaiserplatz is not 200 metres away, you can also save the expensive parking fees of the nearby car parks and arrive with the KVV. On the other hand, we embarked on the journey over the Rhine with our own car, which we left in the underground garage of the postal gallery at the price of a small dessert for a few hours. From the outside, we would certainly never have arrived there without the tip of a Karlsruhe friend. I don't know how many times this one's got the belly with Premiumpasta, for us it was a premiere. Maybe some GG giants remember the former RK-user brummbär from Karlsbad. He took the place five years ago and was probably more semi-envigorated by then. Its good reputation among vegetarians and vegans owes it to some other Italians of its seven-sided! Extra card that even offers vegan desserts and soy milk for coffee. In principle, I prefer to order double lactose dose and extra gluten, as I generally felt very tolerant. Can everyone think how he wants or how he does it. Because of the Vegan offer, we were not in the Incontro, but rather we were tempted by apulian and Roman pasta specialties, which you don't get served around the corner with every Italian. We entered the somewhat gloomyly illuminated guest room divided into two floors. A staircase led us up, where we were placed in one of the cozy, separated seating niches. Directly next to it was the prosperous counter area. A few tables were already occupied down in the barely tiled ground. On the upper floor there was a little more lasy. Valuable bistro furniture made of dark wood, colourful pop art on the walls and stalactite-shaped hanging lights, which blurred like long drops from the ceiling, created a compulsive atmosphere which, in view of the dimmed light conditions, had quite its charm. No bad place for the first rendezvous, there were the two permanent dates at the table. Made thirsty from Karlsruhe shopping, the turbulent cellar beer of the local brewery Hatz-Moninger made 0.5 l for 3.90 euros amazingly good. Who has, Hatz! the deep slogan on my beer glass betrayed me. A bottle of Bionade 0.33 l for 3.20 Euro and a Bad Liebenzeller Mineralwasser 0.5 l for 3.50 Euro also ran through our dry throats. Already on the large-format recommendation card, which was hanging on the outer facade next to the entrance door, it was to be read that we do not necessarily have to prepare mussels à la marinara. Only five different variants of this dark-shaled Atlantic dweller were available. The specimens from Galicia were offered, for example, in creamy whisky sauce alla Dublinese or vodka sauce alla vodka. In addition, they were combined with zucchini risotto, gnocchi and fresh pasta. The soft animal fraction already came to their cost. In addition to the shell card, eight different season recommendations were available. Pizza, pasta and a few meat dishes were refined with stem cabbage and various pumpkin preparations. For sweets there were Medaglioni alla zucca 11,50 Euro, where with pumpkin, mountain cheese, raisins, apple and cinnamon filled dough bags met a creamy orange sauce. A touch of CODA wore through the Karlsruhe Leopoldstraße. In addition to a well-sorted antipasti program, the standard repertoire listed eleven different plates with fresh pasta. All at extremely real prices between 9 and 12 euros. Schlotzreisenthusiasten were able to look forward to three Risotto dishes, potato diners on five different Gnocchi designs. Trailer baked round baked goods were open to numerous pizza options. My first choice would have been the pizza with lamb and pecorino cheese, all Romana 8,80 euros, but the Trucioli also alla Romana came in between. To the back of the menu, where meat and fish treats as well as some salad and vegetable dishes were hidden, I didn't even come. The range of fresh pasta alone made the decision hard enough. To agree, we chose the Bruschette from the appetizer program, which was served from two people. For a total of 8.40 euros, a total of six roasted, differently occupied ciabatta slices were on the plate. Two times in a classic way, with diced tomato, some garlic, rocket and herbs. The two specimens covered with molten Scamorza cheese and parmas ham were my favorites. My accompaniment was on a Bruschetta bag with the creamy sweet goat cheese walnut honey cover, which brought me the double Scamorza-Parma ratio. The three Bruschetta versions, which benefited from their cold-warm composition as well as from their textured diversity, which came from a very rich cover on a crusty background, functioned as a tasty, not too lush entry that counteracted our first hunger and at the same time made more desire. Well, that's a good thing to have for a while. And so the waiting time in the L 'incontro can go a little bit long, which is naturally consistent with the slow food idea. It's a thousand times better for me to be fed to the speed with finished goods. During our visit it also took a little, but that was neat, especially since we felt very comfortable on the comfortably padded benches. And finally, our waiting was rewarded with two fine pastages. My spirally twisted, non-similar to the Ligurian Trofie Trucioli alla Romana , 10.30 Euro had the right bite. In addition, the Roman noodle speciality was staged in an extremely taste-intensive manner. To this end, chopped lambs, tomato pieces, roasted sesame, fresh smooth porcelain and grated pecorino were responsible. This made my pasta a spicy-aromatic palate experience that made me forget about the cold season for a short time and my culinary long-distance awakening at least for one plate. The next Sardinian holiday would come soon. Also the simple full-grained paste, prepared with stem cabbage, garlic, olive oil and parmesan, would have been worth 9.50 euros for every apulian Trattoria. The fine olive oil in it gave the vegetarian dish from the season its slight sharpness. The stem cabbage, a close relative of the broccoli, is gladly cheered in southern Italy under the pasta. With us, however, it is rather rare to find, perhaps because its slightly bitter aroma is not everyone's thing. However, for well-known friends of Oldenburger Palme, this Italian winter taste is just the right thing. Quite by the way: I told a colleague from Karlsruhe about our great evening in the L 'incontro, whereupon he, together with his wife, arrived there a week later and was as enthusiastic as we were. When the boss asked him how he came to the place, he had to call the writer of these lines as a typist. And because this one comes from the Palatinate, as it is known, the admiration at the cartridge was quite great. You're welcome, Mr. Muccardo! I sometimes recommend such addresses.

After the nice host had saved us too much later hour (if he had extinguished himself and the kitchen was already closed) with our move to Karlsruhe with Bruschetta and Tiramisu from hunger, we go to this Italian again and again. And very, because not only Bruschetta and Tiramisu are very tasty, but also the pizza or pasta dishes. It's nice to sit outside in the summer. If you are looking for a noble business, go somewhere else, who likes cozy-lecker as much as we are, here is the right address!
We had a celebration last night with almost 20 people... from appetizers to dessert, it was all wonderful and the best! Vegan extra wishes were not the slightest problem and everyone went satisfied and satisfied at home: Also the big table that was built for us...Molto bello! We are very pleased to have reserved in the L'Incontro: D Mille grazie! <=3
Best vegan calzone and best vegan pizza I've ever had. Generally simply madness that it is such a big (extra!!!) Map for vegans.
