There is a vegan breakfast option that is absolutely sufficient. There is a variation of pancakes, fruit with yogurt, smoked tofu with pesto, antipasti, almond cream from Rapunzel and a spread. There was a bread basket with 3 reels and 1 croissant. According to the staff, the Croissant was vegan. I was very pleased with the selection and would recommend it to anyone who wants to go with an omni breakfast.
