U Malého Berlína - Karlin

Great place for a night out, with a great selection of Prazdroj beers on tap (if only all places served perfectly chilled pints like here), quick and friendly service, and above-average food that will please even fans of spicy dishes. Just be aware they don't accept cards.

I was very pleasantly surprised, the beer was good, the atmosphere was nice, the prices are completely fine. Some dishes seem a bit unnecessarily expensive to me, but where else will you find devilish toast or head cheese :D I will probably start visiting more often.

My beer journey led me to a pub that I have known about for some time, but it just never worked out for me. A typical pub with a not so innovative food and drink menu. Prices are in line with the Holešovice area, slightly, just a little higher. However, this time the worn-out promotion "Brewer's Choice" offered an American-style Ale from the Master brand of Velkopopovický Kozel, and it turned out to be, in my opinion, their best beer. Although it didn't taste very hoppy, unlike all of their other brews, it was drinkable. A big plus is the friendly bartender and the ruler of the pub in one person, as it tends to be in today's economy.

Vypadá to jako fotbalová putyka, ale první zdání klame! Pěkný interiér, skvělý pivo a to jídlo! Obsluha je hrozně fajn a stará se skvěle : a ještě ty sparťanský dresy! Nemůžu vůbec nic vytknout :

Jako Zbrojováka by mě nikdy nenapadlo vynášet do nebes sparťanskou hospodu, ale tady to prostě nejde jinak! Když jsem vcházel k malému Berlínu, byl to spíš omyl, když jsem odcházel, slíbil jsem si, že se ještě někdy musím vrátit na jejich pivo a anglický rumpsteak a taky že jo! Prostě hospoda, která udělá dojem. Svým interiérem, perfektní obsluhou, atmosférou, ale hlavně to jídlo! Radím vám, ať už fandíte komukoliv, v Holešovicích běžte na jídlo a pivo jedině k Berlínu! ;
