I ordered a large margherita for 124czk 4,8€ in the store. Good price and good taste

Rude service. We ordered a pizza without ham, got it 1.5 hours later with ham. Wanted to return it but would have needed to wait 2 more hours. Didn’t get back our money. Thanks so much!

That was the last time I gave this place a chance tonight but it was another big disappointment. I went to the store just 5 mins ago. While I was trying to decide what I want to have, this guy from the kitchen literally shouted at me in Czech saying something. I didn’t understand him and ask what is his problem and he did some gestures that I interpreted as he is trying to say that they are closed already. I was like okay fine I’m heading home but then all of the sudden he was showing me the dough he brought from the kitchen and kind of implying that I should decide what I want to eat. I was super confused and annoyed as he was literally being aggressive/pushy towards me. I told him that he shouldn’t behave like that to me and He said no English and pointed out to the lady on the cash register. I ask the lady why he is behaving that hostile and the lady was showing her watch trying to say they are about to be closed. I think I deserve to take two minutes of their time to decide what I want to eat as a customer .I told him that I don’t want to shop from him anymore because of his aggressive/threatening behaviour and he literally said “**** off” while I was leaving the place. He wasn’t brave enough to say any bad words to my face but he was “man”enough to swear at me me behind my back. Please don’t ever go to this place as a foreigner because this is their usual behaviour even though it has never been that extreme.The lady on the cash register is doing her best to be kind and helpful so I want to exclude her from my review.

We've always had good service. Our food has always been on time or early and we have always enjoyed what we got.
