Very arrogant service and low quality of details. It’s not a champagne glass at all and the rude waiter said to me that it is a champagne glass, while it’s obviously not the classical slim and fine shape and made out of low quality glass material making a clumpy sound. The most unpleasant thing is the limited knowledge and arrogant attitude of the waiter serving my table, who said to me that the glasses are the sommelier’s professional choice and definitely qualified and unique champagne glasses … – zobrazit

Truly amazing. Great food, atmosphere and service. The food is even better than many many brasseries in France. They start you up with a true baguette. Crisp and airy and you know the meal is going to be good. The onion soup is the best I had in Prague and definitely one of the best I ever tried. The escargot is amazing. Unfortunately we had the worst Christmas ever! The waiter with eye glasses and the oiled hair demanded a tip of €35!!! His service was abysmal as he only served us from the two expensive bottles of wine we got once! He forgot our friend's beer and it never came! And the worst… the bill was 8000 Czech crowns, we left him 8200 and he gave us back the 200 coming with a little computer demanding 800 crowns!!! It was such a disappointing experience. Extremely expensive prices for what was offered. One dish with only a little piece of meat in it. The staff was full of irony. Waste of money…

Amazing food but really, really slow service. They don’t have enough waiters to keep it running smoothly. Waiters are also not the friendliest, they’re just typical cold Czech.
