One of best, if not the best place at Tj. Balai for dinner. Food is absolutely delicious, there is English menu available and compared to other big restaurants nearby water seafood is not expensive. You can't fail trying baked yum cake with chicken. Another must try would be buttermilk squid, but watch out for small green chilli pieces in the sauce. The place is quite popular, so if a group of 15 came and ordered just before your arrival, you might have to wait for your order 20-30 min, so plan accordingly.
