Kafem Evliya Çelebi

They say Kazandibi is very delicious, but I haven't come across it yet. However, the other desserts I tried were also wonderful.

Our municipality, unfortunately, took over all the tea gardens and first thing they did was to surround them with concrete. There is no trace left of that old Evliya Çelebi tea garden. Then they started providing service with civil servant-minded waiters who serve you as if they are doing you a favor when you order something. Of course, people crowded these places due to the lack of alternatives and affordability of prices.

The place is nice but the service is very slow.
