Ruby Tuesday - Kapolei

Ruby Tuesdays, you know her, good food, great salad bar, beautiful atmosphere. It's a chain, so you get chain food. It is very good chain food that stood the test of time. I liked it in the 80s, and I still like it. Do you remember the old winter hat you had since the 6th grade? You still use it because you still love it, and it works for you because it has always worked for you. Yeah, that's Ruby Tuesdays. They consistently serve a good product, and that is good in my eyes. Oh, yeah, the price is pretty good.

Server was not existent and short while it was around. Ordered the 2$ charge on our burgers and got Sirloin Patties. The food was overcooked and disproportionated. There were no refills on our drinks and had to wait 15 minutes for extra Bbq sauce. Overall very dissatisfied.

Great waitress, terrible portions 4oz artichoke diving for a cup 1/2 chips. No sauce on buffalo chicken fertilizer requested. Then load more for diving to finish diving. 3/10 . Server has saved only grace for the place. Oh and half filled food took 30 minutes to get space

The Salad Bar is great and had a lot to offer. Although, Wings were naked and no sauce. I'd ask an extra sauce in front of my hand. Chips and dip were low on dip and/or had too many chips for dip they offer, 4 ounces is provided and about 6-8 ounces. is required for all chips.

These four stars totally belong to the service team. Our visit included some awesome service and I couldn?t praise them more. The food is okay, about what can be expected from a chain restaurant. The spicy crispy chicken was a bit gristly and the buffalo sauce was much overdone, like the cooks got excited that someone ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. The building is pretty antiquated with 1970ish style and missing ceiling tiles, I presume from water leaks. All in all, the service is what made this visit pleasant.
