The customer service was excellent; the staff was informative and helpful whenever I had questions. They've transitioned from physical stamp cards to an electronic system, but they still accept old stamp cards for a certain redemption value. There are numerous topping options, including mochi and jellies, though there is an additional fee of $0.50 for those. They also offer Acai bowls and waffles, which I haven't tried yet. I ordered the taro milk tea, and while it was just okay for my taste, I plan to try something different next time. The place has been refurbished in recent years, creating a clean and beautiful atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

Delicious shaved snow with a wide range of flavors and toppings. The selection of teas and smoothies is fantastic, and the option to customize the sweetness level—along with a taste test to ensure your preference—is a big plus in my book! The owner, Casey, is very friendly, and the staff appears to genuinely enjoy serving customers. The vibrant colors and clean setting are also great additions. Truly deserving of a five-star rating!

Tani is a talented and promising entrepreneur dedicated to bringing joy to her customers. Her efforts are evident in the satisfaction of everyone who walks through the door. The restaurant prides itself on using only fresh ingredients, resulting in outstanding dishes. Their teas are especially refreshing and delightful. The delicious drinks and unique packaging are sure to grab everyone's attention.

Pretty unique little stop. Somewhat reasonable prices, clean and hip atmosphere, friendly employees; willing to answer any goofy quests. I highly suggest to check this gem out.
