Oasis On The Beach - Kapaa

If you appreciate delicious, expertly prepared food, this is the perfect destination. The quality of the food was the best I've ever experienced, and the prices were minimal compared to the value offered. We ordered six dishes, and each one was outstanding. Every ingredient was thoughtfully selected and perfectly balanced, showcasing true culinary artistry. They may only have one brand of Chardonnay, but I'm sure it's exceptional. The service was impeccable, and the oceanfront view was an added bonus.

When we arrived, the music was extremely loud, making it difficult for our server to communicate with us without bending down, which was somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, the food was quite good. We started with pig dogs as an appetizer; they were bland but not unappetizing. For our main course, we had the fresh catch, which was grilled and seared. The fish was cooked and seasoned well.

We started with the fried somes and chips, both of which were excellent. The chips were topped with nacho cheese. For my main course, I had the duck, which was quite good. The potatoes that came with it were also very tasty.

We had booked a dinner here on a day when I knew we were too tired to drive somewhere after our day of activities, and we were pleasantly surprised how good the food was. The view was beautiful as it was right on the beach. The food was very fresh and what I would expect from a Michelin recommended restaurant. I knew it was a good place when I saw some locals I realized from the bakery that I had eaten here too. You can book a reservation for the view or because it is convenient, but you will be delighted by the food here.

Always a great meal here! many times about the years. the fresh catch is always a good choice. the short ribs are fantastic. the truffle horse race cannot be missed! so good!
