Taco Bell - Kansas

Pulled up to the drive through, and was told over the DRIVE THROUGH SPEAKER that the ONLY way they would accept my order was if I downloaded the app and ordered through it. No explanation, no apology, nothing.

Always a line and waiting. You can only do drive thru here.

Ordered Grilled Cheese burrito, got no grilled grilled cheese on it. Taco was also empty. This is like the 4th time it’s been bad. Can’t go in because they won’t open the lobby. So, can’t even complain and get it fixed.

Very poor service waited in line for over an hour Then when I got to the window the lady was rude and my food was cold

Very rude staff (uses fowl language towards guests). Slow. Does not uphold taco bell food standards on quality. And to top it off this location closes to early.
