Kj's Pizzeria - Kansas

We’ve driven all the way from Leavenworth, KS probably 10x in the last several months for this gem. It is a true small business in the heart of old downtown Desoto. The owners seem to be salt of the earth folks that employ youngsters with great work ethic. Their pizza is amazing and if I could buy their homemade ranch dressing by the gallon, I’d pickup a 55 gallon drum of the stuff. This place is the best!

I have never ordered something from KJ’s that I haven’t been so absolutely satisfied with. I seriously go twice a week to get their tomato basil soup! My favorite pizzeria, and we are lucky to have you in our town!!

Little bistro with fabulous pizza. Everything is so fresh and tasty. The crust is thin, crispy/chewy and delicious. The array of toppings are remarkable. Certainly not the same old thing. They are generous with the cheeses and toppings.

Their pizza is always great. The service we had was horrible. After waiting over 30 mins and seeing everyone else that came in after us get their food we are told that there was a mix-up but our food was in the oven and will be out soon. It was another 30 mins before it arrived so it sounds like they hadn't even started it yet. We waited a total of about an hour before getting our food which is too long to entertain a hungry 2 yr old. We did get an apology for the wait but doubt we will be back … – show
