I loved this class. Kate is a lot of fun. Her descriptions of the consistency meringue are hilarious. She has so many great tips and has thought of everything for the class.

Kate’s French macaron class was so fun! She does a great job of teaching the class and has thought of all the little details which make it such a great experience. Would highly recommend taking this class, it’s perfect for a mother daughter day, girls night, or fun date idea.
