Friendship House - Kansas

Had my first ever Bierock (beer-ock) and aside from it being smaller than expected, it was really good. Make sure you get the horseradish sauce with it. The Belgian waffle with blueberries and whip was pretty amazing. Good coffee, tiny cups so prepare to ask for refills. The biscuits gravy portion is large, tons of sausage gravy, but needed a little salt. Super friendly older waitress was funny and did a really good job. If you're in the area and they're open, I recommend stopping by.

I've never eaten their meals, but my kids love the cookies and report that they are huge and delicious. The staff is always kind and generous.

A wonderful small town bakery right on the oath of the yellow brick road that leads from main street to the park. Wonderful cinnamon buns! Definitely a place to stop by for a treat if you’re in the area!

Delicious cinnamon rolls, peanut butter cinnamon rolls are a fun and surprising twist on the classic. Owner is so friendly. Worth a stop when you are in Wamego!
