Five Guys - Kansas

Saddest buggers I ever seen. Usually 5 guys is awesome in Mission, not sure what happened here. My kid's burger was a half. My and partner's orders were switched around. My partner is allergic to milk and eggs.

Food was good. Strawberry shake was bad. And all the tables (every single one) was dirty.

I don't want to knock the staff because they were working hard to get orders out but it seemed like they lacked leadership. We waited two hours for our food during a food rush (Friday evening). Don't get me wrong, I get it but it seemed like they were putting new orders on top of the old ones. I would think after an hour someone would prioritize certain orders. Others customers just left. Maybe it was just a bad night but the lack of customer service was horrible.

They make you wait at least 10—15 minutes for your food, when you place a pickup order. It happens every time, I don't understand what the point of placing a pick up order, if they make you stand and wait 15 minutes for it. At this point, I've sworn off Five Guys, plenty of burger places out there....

Said their doordash tablet was broken and they're not getting orders. They asked to write it down so they could start working on it. No thanks, you're slow enough when you get them in advance. I'm not tacking on an extra 15 minutes of my time waiting and no other dasher should put up with your practices. All 5 guys is a sure way to tank your /hr. Remember that when you order on an app.
