Taco Bell - Kansas City

There are no standards at this place. ordered chips and cheese, extremely stale chips. had to be old days. extremely stale soft taco shells, they know so stale that when they fold the shell, it just breaks apart. yes soo disappointed. management where is its quality control?

When I went in to dine in did not had much with the staff how to use the touch screen order when I had completed my order was not showed up and for the touch screen I recommend pay with a card not cash up front and had the person their got my what I order and had came up on my order when I got my food and also don't put much meat in their soft shell tacos.

I tried to come in, but the dining room was closed at 8:25pm on a Saturday night. I asked for a manager, they said they were short staffed, I said I understand, I am staying at the hotel down the road and walked and wanted to get food to go. She said the dining room is closed and they couldn't let me in. I said can I walk up to the drive through? She said I was not allowed. I asked are you denying me service? She said I am just telling you the policy. When I took my phone out, she went back inside and closed the door. She could have said let me take your order and I will enter it into the drive through computer and get you squared away. But nope. So if you don't have a car, don't come here, they may be closed and you will have wasted your time.

Well to get the question at hand answered quick, getting dinner here was no experience at! ? As a matter of fact I didn't even have to pay for my food. ? This was due to the fact that the featured item on the menu (Mexican Pizza It's Back Was not available for purchase as they had ran out So from craving that and being denied of our taste bud rights, I then ordered you know what any other person would have expected to get at a fast food place as this (due to the name on the building) TACOS... When I pulled to the pick up window I was then delighted with the news that there was going to be a 30min wait on the tacos because someone somewhere somehow had forgotten to cook the meat... ??? I literally laughed 0ut loud in pure disbelief that this Taco Bell has somehow forgotten its whole reason for existence ? I don't blame the company though as I have this theory that all fast food businesses located on State ave (between 65th and 83rd street) are uncontrollably cursed by some restaurant demon causing them all to never be able to have or make your order the way it is desired by the consumer ordering very simplistic goods.

I know I ordered a item that comes with meat. I was too far away to go back when I sat down to eat and discovered that the employee forgot to add meat. SMH and when I try to call the phone is off the hook.
