Sushi Haru - Kansas City

This is one of the best sushi place in the Kansas City area. Excellent service plus very high quality food. Very fresh fish! The Samurai Roll is my favorite! The smoky flavor is additive…. Dancing Bull has amazing texture, you should eat it in one bite

Huge RAVE to Sushi Haru off of Stateline. They aren't normally open on Mondays, but they are for Valentine's day! They have the cutest set up and were so caring and attentive. Before we ordered the owner came out and gave me a rose. Then while getting our bill they gave us Hershey kisses. 100% recommend this restaurant for a perfect Valentine's day dinner!

The food was good, and the service was decent. I would rate it 4 out of 5 because I wasn't blown away, but I wasn't let down either. I do think they could improve on cleanliness when packing takeout, but I'm keeping things positive. I would consider returning, although only for lunch. I ordered from the regular menu, and they didn't even mention the lunch specials to me. I felt a bit shortchanged and ended up spending more than necessary. But I guess that's what happens during your first visit to a new place.

Oh my goodness! This is truly some of the best sushi I've ever had! This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem. It's clean, intimate, and cozy, with staff that are incredibly friendly and attentive. I will definitely be returning, and I can't wait to have that samurai roll again—it's absolutely delicious!
