Sharx Fish Chicken - Kansas City

We've had chicken strips in three states over the past three days, and these were the best!

I ordered chicken from Sharx this morning, for my office. Super excited because the chicken is always great from here, I even spend extra to have their chicken delivered. Today, was the complete opposite. I got chicken from Sharx and it was burnt, you could barely taste the lemon pepper, and had a lack of flavor because of the burnt grease. Reached out to the manager and he was un-personable, and stand-offish. Not professional at all. To make it even worse, he was the one who cooked it so he didn 't even want to admit that he burnt it or made a mistake. Was not looking for a refund, just an apology saying hey my bad I 'll make it right and won 't let it happen again. Definitely not a good experience this time around.
