Manager and employees were very accommodating. the food was delicious!

We were lucky there were a couple seats open at the bar. I had placed my reservation through open table for 7:45 and when I arrived, I was told that they weren’t taking reservations from open table or their system wasn’t working properly at this time. Even though I got a confirmation from open table. It Other than that the food was good and staff was good.

When we arrived we were told this PF Changs is not affiliated with Open Table so we had no reservation. Several other people had the same experience. We are disappointed and not sure we can trust Open Table. Please explain what happened, and please remove h this restaurant from your app.

More than half the restaurant was empty and still had to wait a half an hour for a table.

Waited over an hour for food. Poor service. We will find another option.
