Mcdonald's - Kansas City

Eating was really fresh for once so today was a great day to eat there

Came and got my order very fast. ladies were very efficient and friendly. could hear the kitchen staff and their communication back, it was perfect. whoever they run this location is amazing. so the personal. I don't always know a good experience with mcdonalds, but I was very pleasantly surprised. 10/10

Thank you ladies for the pleasant customer service. Working late and taking all the orders of the drive thru on 4th of July, you were awesome!

We like the app, it's pretty accurate we can take our time to decide for a snack. We don't eat fast food very much so there's always a long decision process hahaEveryone has been friendly each time we have gone in. So that's always a reason to go back.

The staff here is so awesome. There was a situation next door tonight that resulted in the restaurant having to shut down, but the girl (who I’m assuming was a supervisor/manager) that came out took care of me and then some! Being stuck in place for a bit wasn’t so bad with them taking care of me.
