We arrived at the same time as another couple. apparently there was no Sunday brunch for Mother's Day. the open table took reservations, but the kitchen is closed at 11:00 o'clock. there was no attempt to wait at all. the restaurant and the hotel staff were not helpful. it is now 3 days after arriving and no one is in contact with us. extremely disappointing and very bad customer service.

That is not a restaurant. the open table must remove it from its list. a reservation at this place that was in our hotel almost ruined our evening as we booked oper tickets and other restaurants in the opposite were when we learned that we could not eat here. the place is now just a bar, and the barkeeper was extremely rude and frustrated that open table would book it. not here!

Great location, atmosphere, eating. plus sean offers excellent service!

They weren’t serving food and argued about the fact that don’t use Open Table.

The restaurant represents a solid hotel bar/restaurant experience. We were looking for something new and picked a OpenTable location we had not tried. The location didn 't even understand what OpenTable was. So a bit of confusion, but overall the food was good, atmosphere was nice. But it is focused on guests at the hotel.
