Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I ordered their southern fried chicken for the 2nd time eating here. It was very greasy, burnt and dry. The frying oil needed to be changed because the flavor was not chicken. I ordered two sides with the burnt sacrifice, a baked potato, loaded, and cole slaw. The cole slaw was the only good thing I ate. The potato seemed like it had been baked 3 hours earlier and was NOT good. As I stated above, I had ordered this once before and had the same results.

Always a nice breakfast! The staff were all super friendly, service was quick and I always love checking out the decorations. The grilled chicken salad was good. The biscuits were cold, and the corn muffins were hard. When we asked the server if he could bring fresh ones, his response was and with an attitude. Those are the freshest ones, and they just came out of the oven. He did bring a couple more, but they were not much better. The 2 girls that were working behind the counter in the store were awesome.
