Still haven't been able to get there when they have ribs still available, but everything else is delicious! On the day we went, line was about 8 people out the door and it took us about an hour to get to the counter to order. Chef J preps every order and he's very friendly and helpful. Hopefully they can increase their capacity and speed in the future and they will be unstoppable.

We were in town for the Bengals game and wanted some BBQ. Both of us didn't finish our food. Lack of smoke taste, brisket, pull pork was very bland and dry. Not sure if we would come back next time we're in town.

Super friendly service by the man himself! Very good brisket and ribs. I wish they had brisket burnt ends, however the bacon burnt end were very delicious too. I know the type of protein burnt ends are supposed be is a controversial topic. Will be back and definitely recommend.

Quite possibly the best BBQ hidden gem in all of KC. Incredible food! Their elote style take on cheesy corn is unbeatable. The house made pickles are the perfect compliment to all of their dishes as well.
