Carmen's Cafe - Kansas City

The business was closed when I arrived for my reservation that was accepted. no details or details were made. others also arrived in the same situation.

My wife and I shared a filled artichoke to begin. we wanted the original filled with brothcrumbs, garnel and crabs, but ended with their loaded version, the prosciutto ham bits. I am not a big fan of prosciutto, so the assignment was actually a stroke for me. it was still very good. our entries were calfs-oscar and salmon-oscar with oil and garlic seasoned linguine and their really delicious home salad. wow! as usual it was great. the portions are always generous and the prices, I think, are very fair for the quality of food. Finally, this is not olive garden (which is not half bad, btw)

Silvester. it was a nice dinner, everything was perfect. the food was excellent.

Very good and consistent traditional Italian menu with nice attention to service.

Great food, great service. It is one of our favorites.
