Burger King - Kansas City

That was a very disappointing trip to burger. that's a whopper who has everything to do. we ordered the family meal and all our whoppers and cheeseburgers look like this. also the fries were room temperature. also can not say much about the personal at the person in the delivery window was less than enthusiastic to work there.

I'm going to share my experience. I really love this Burger King, but I ran into some issues with the app offers. When I visited, the deals listed in my app didn’t work, so I approached the cashier to explain what the promotion was. Unfortunately, they didn’t seem to care about the app details and corrected me multiple times about the 16 chicken nugget deal. The cashier insisted that they didn't have two 8-piece options available. I found it frustrating that they felt the need to correct me when we were discussing the same offer. In the end, I left disappointed and had to pay full price for everything because nobody seemed willing to honor the advertised discount in the app, which I couldn't even use to place my order.

It would not honor itself online special. it was whopper Wednesday and the right place and they wouldn't honor there. Even the manager wouldn't say I don't know how. for a $6 order they calculated $16.

I received the wrong order and my burger was undercooked. I had to clean off a lot of leftover debris before I could enjoy my sandwich. Additionally, they now charge for water, which is typically free everywhere else.

Most of the time this restaurant does pretty good! From time to tima and mainly at nights food is no fresh, but generally all good with this location
