Kye delivered exceptional customer service, and the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the heavyweight plate with burnt ends, pulled pork, and brisket, and it was fantastic! This has become my new favorite BBQ place in JoCo!

Too many tables on the front of the restaurant. So much so that some collide with the line for placing order. Very bad experience for parents who have kids in the cart. There is so less space to navigate in and around the sit down dinning area.Very few Vegi options and not markes properly on the menu. I ordered smoked potato salad that had meat in it. The fried food it too oily and gets soggy fast if you do a take out.Tables are not cleaned. It felt like the responsibility of the customers to clean the tables.Also feels like the coffee shop and the restaurant staff do not want to take out each others trash so trash bins are marked clearly that you can not throw the bbq trash in coffee shop. This would have been fine it it was understandable where the restaurant gets over and coffee shop begins.Overall very bad experience its just better to go to other restaurant in the area outside of NFM and have a peaceful meal comfortably.Vegetarian options: Not many. Its better to eat at other great options in the same area.Kid-friendliness: Nope.

The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. The burnt ends were quite dry, and the pulled pork nachos arrived cold and lacking in flavor. We found the beans to be overly sweet for our taste, though they might appeal to someone who enjoys sweeter dishes. The service was fairly slow; we waited around 25 minutes for our food, but it was busy, so that might be typical for a Saturday morning. The highlights were definitely the mac and cheese and brisket. Overall, I was a bit disappointed, but I realize I might have high standards after enjoying a lot of BBQ in Kansas City.

You won't have to wait two hours for your food only to receive a cold and dry meal.

Staff is nice and helped us decide what to get as it was our first time here.
