Service is not satisfactory, instead of asking for many times from waiter they r not listening. They r not interested to serve u table accessories and quality service. Billing is too late.

Food is best but ice-cream and shakes prices aur high

Very poor service and food quality. Visited Kanpur for the first time but definitely this restaurant for the last time. The servers were in take it or leave it attitude, the tables were reeking of bad smell and not clean from previous diners, food was tasteless.

Food and ambiance is amazing its just service which is very slow but the rajasthani dance performance and music covered up for the trouble we faced by slow service and made our visiting there worth we enjoyed alot.If service was not slow I would have given 5/5 star rating. Please improve on your service to make your restaurant on the top.

The rooms are well appointed, the interior is very geometric and feels unique though not all may like it. The staff is very friendly and helpful and may provide an earlier checkin if rooms available too. The food is delicious, the breakfast spread is exhaustive and satisfying.
