Wing Street - Kannapolis

Pizza was soooo good! I love the personal pan size! Great customer service and fast service as well!

I have ordered from here multiple times and once the pizza man left after not even knocking on the front door. They went around the house to the back door, knocked, my grandmother walked to the back door but before she got there he left, then called my phone and asked if I ordered a pizza. I said yes and he mumbled something then hung up the phone. He ended up giving us our pizza after leaving then coming back.

We were at Village Park in Kannapolis to enjoy the Air Supply concert and had planned to grab a bite to eat, but there were limited options and long lines. I called Pizza Hut, and although Mindy said she couldn't send anyone directly into the park, she agreed to meet us at the library on the other side of the park. She estimated about an hour for delivery, but she called us and arrived in less than an hour. The pizza and breadsticks were hot, and we could see other people in the park eyeing us and asking where we had gotten the pizza.

After placing our order and making the payment, we waited for about 20 minutes. A waitress passed by and inquired if we were waiting for something. We explained that we had ordered a serving of broth sticks, a large Pfeffersau, and ground beef with light sauce, and she went back to check. Another ten minutes passed before our order arrived, but the sauce was missing. After waiting for a total of 30 minutes, our dining experience was disappointing. It’s frankly embarrassing that they overlooked us in such a small establishment.

This restaurant is clean and well-managed! I really love the traditional honeycomb wings!
