Wendy's - Kannapolis

Maskless employees serving food: everything was superb except for all workers there were masks that cover their kinns with their mouth and nase while serving food.

I was very disappointed that my burger was not completely cooked. I hate wasting food, but I had to go to this day. I didn't pay for a non-cooked burger. I love my food cooked.

I went to this Wendy's specifically because it has a better reputation, but did not find this to be the case. The drive thru was slow, the fries were not fresh, and I got sweet tea instead of the unsweetened tea I ordered. On a positive note, my burger was good.

I enjoy this Wendy's, my food has always been hot and delicious. The Dine-in option is available for the ones that were wondering about that and the facilities are clean. If you have a large order , I would suggest writing it down as these mask are definitely not our friend when it comes to ordering over the kitchen noise. The only thing is I am not a fan of the location because the drive-thru lines can be ridiculously long and the street traffic can be affected.

They were awesome. We don't eat bread or carbs so just wanted the meat, cheese, and bacon. The manager was working the drive through and was extremely helpful. Made sure to let me know about the lids on the containers that they were not on tight and to be careful when we got home. Food was excellent and tasty. This is where we will go for now on to get some burger patties.
