Waffle House - Kannapolis

It's a waffle house. My order was correct, and the waitress was very friendly with excellent knowledge of the menu. It did take a little while for someone to come to the register so I could pay, but everyone was well taken care of. The food was of the expected quality. I just wish the table had been a bit cleaner.

Consistently great. The food is always delicious, and the staff are attentive and friendly. While it may not be the cleanest spot around, it's a Waffle House after all. Whenever I have the time in the morning, I'll definitely choose this location for breakfast.

The restaurant seems to be understaffed, but surprisingly, the service was still quite good. They managed to keep everything running smoothly. The food was excellent overall. The only issue we had was with my mother's hash browns; she requested them to be cooked lightly, but they came out well done. Despite that, I would definitely eat there again.

I will go back because of the male cook he was very attentive to my needs because I wanted it to be a special way that he even come and talk to me to make sure he did it as I wanted and it was excellent You need to get him an increase he was a white master, I think he said he was the head cook and he worked night shift, but you need to get more people like he work for y'all and more

We went to Waffle House tonight, it wasn't busy at all. It was us and another family. When we first went to the waitress, she rolled her eyes, she came and put our cutlery down and then asked what we wanted. Have our food after 15 minutes, but then I had to ask for our drinks and he was simply irritated. When I looked, I couldn't see my check, so I had no idea what she was doing. Your service was terrible and we will not return to this place.
