T C Sogo Express Iii - Kannapolis

When I approached the counter, the person immediately announced, we only take cash. Nice greeting. I was looking for a menu, but there were none. A sign with a Q code was displayed, but would not be on my phone. I asked if she had a printed menu, she replied, no. What a ridiculous way to do business.

Until recently, we have enjoyed eating here but that has changed. The chicken was very dry, pre cooked, no hibachi sauce, so very plain, rice a little crunchy and we had food poisoning. Will not eat hear again!

Fast service and decent quality. Fast food Japanese style menu. Order at counter and wait to get called. Not bad, but better lunch spots in area.

Sogo is my way to a good healthy meal on the way....is my usual place to get a meal for work if I didn't cook...love the teriyaki steak and chicken, this is my favorite with broccoli mushrooms and onions???

Food is amazing. Management needs to do better at staffing more workers to help thr other employees do their jobs. It was slammed when I was there... took 45 mins to get 1 to go plate with rice, veggies and steak due to not many employees working and everyone working trying their best to accommodate everyone as fast as they can. Delicious food nice employees. Management do better and help your employees.
