Bidrage med feedbackWe stood in line for over 45 mins with 2 workers making sandwiches. There were 10 people in line the guy was making the sandwiches fast as he could but the young skinny girl with red highlights in her hair was rudely making people wait longer by not doing anything and making the other coworker do everything on his own. This girl literally did everything BUT make a dang sandwich. That is just unacceptable, the manager needs to get rid of her.
STAY AWAY! I ordered 3 subs online. Only 1 was correct. 1 I requested with no cheese since my child has a dairy allergy. My 3rd was a chicken teriyaki which was not even included they made another sub on the twice. Imagin my dismay when I get home which is about 10 miles away. I reach out to the manager whose response was the employee who made my sub has been employed there 5 years….OK AND? Just because you’ve worked somewhere for 5 years does not exempt you from making mistakes. Management doesn’t care and it shows because they defend their employees mistakes instead of apologizing and trying to make it right with their customers.
There were a lot of activities going on in cannabis and they had both of their bathrooms out of order And they don't take coupons when all the other subways do
First order was a footlong, 2 bags chips and 2 cookies. All that was delivered was the footlong. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager who admitted it was their fault but she claimed she couldn't give me a partial refund. Told me to contact Doordash. Doordash said it's the responsibility of Subway to give me the refund. I call Subway back and now they won't answer the phone because they closed two minutes ago. I didn't want to try and resume this the next day with probably a different manager on duty so I brushed it off. Second order- a footlong, chocolate milk, chips and cookie. Grubhub texted me that they were out of veggie patties for the sandwich. I said to just have them refund me the part for the veggie patty. When the food arrived, the entire sandwich was missing but they had still charged me for it. The chocolate milk was white milk. Apparently, this company is incapable of getting orders right.
This place lets the meatballs run out around 5 pm every day. It's the only sub my husband will eat from there. It's the closest one to our house, but I usually have to drive 6 miles away to a different store. Staff usually seems depressed and on occasion down right rude. I prefer not to shop with them. Vegetables should be fresh, not frozen. Oh, and every single time I go in there, there's always new staff. Very high employee turnover.
