Mcdonald's - Kannapolis

The meal tasted somewhat pre-prepared. In the dark, rainy atmosphere, I noticed the ambiance felt lighter outside, as if the presence of customers was unsettling to the staff. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.

The experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the rude behavior of the staff. The individual I suspect to be the manager appeared to be disinterested and would rather be anywhere else. This has been a consistent issue, as I've encountered the same lack of customer service at various locations.

I eat fast more than I should. this special situation is not close to my house, so today the first time went. it was the freshest and best made double cheeseburger I had before. the staff was not overly happy, but they were not rude.

I never had a perfect or near perfect experience with any mcdonald’s. they have always forgotten something. Sometimes the error is easy to fix, sometimes it is much more difficult, and sometimes I can't be disturbed by the headache. there were some good hearty people here, but they do not last long for different reasons.

The MacRibs we're great and the evening manager is always pleasant and remembers how her grandma raised her to be nice to everyone. Fantastic fast food and fellowship.Service: 5/5
