Bidrage med feedbackThis location is horrible. Stopped here with my SIL, ordered 2 donuts and a large caramel coffee. We waited 10 minutes for our 1 drink and it was awful! So much caramel flavor it tasted like alcohol. It wasn't worth waiting another 10+ minutes to tell them. But the employee was friendly if that counts.
The head Barista made our morning!! She made our coffee just right with a smile on her face the whole time! She was so sweet and definitely deserves a raise. We will return anytime we go to the local Sam’s behind this Duncan just to see her!
I am a loyal Dunkin customer. Ordered through the app received my drink and was disgusting. It was nothing like I ordered. Went inside and didn't seem bothered grinned like they knew they made it wrong. They remade drink barely had any flavor. Depending on who is working if you get the correct drink or not. Very disappointed in customer service the last couple of months.
This is the slowest Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. No matter how many cars are in line, expect to wait 20-30 minutes. I’ve worked in the service industry so I understand how things can happen but this is definitely a management and training issue. Unfortunately it’s the most convenient for me but I’m about to start patronizing the local shops.
If I could give this place, zero stars, I would. This place is a joke. They’re always rude. The management has no personality and the young girl that works here is the rudest of the crew. She forgets that her mic is on and she’s talking rude about something that I ordered. I will never go to the store again, and I will let all my coworkers also know not to waste their time at the store drive-through you wait 30 minutes for the for them to not even have what you want. Corporate needs to do something about this store. The store is a joke.
