Ordered the sampler platter appetizers. Coconut shrimp, crab won ton and mozzarella sticks were delicious.Main course was a live Maine lobster, red potatoes and Kauai prawns.Proprietor came out to visit with us and discuss the preparation process. Our compliments to the chef!Only 2 wait staff for the whole restaurant, but they did well keeping us well taken care of.We have dined here numerous times in the past. Kaneohe kickin kajun has always been my partner and i's go to spot, and when I tell you it's our go to spot. IT'S OUR GO TO SPOT. We'll drive from Ewa Beach to Kaneohe to get our crab boil from this particular area i can't explain the gratitude I have towards tonight staff and the two lovely waitress working tonight, despite the fact that my partner and I showed up 17 minutes prior to their closing time, they happily sat us and took our order immediately! The were quick with our drinks and our starter, their clam chowder is my absolute favorite prior to pounding an entire bag of sea food and they were pretty quick with our boil too! I really admire the smile two of the waitresses kept on their face throughout that time, most would've looked irritated anytime passed their closing time but they both shined tonight! Highly recommend this location! since we live in Ewa Beach and it was 7PM, we've tried to call Kamakana Ali'i to check their waiting time since their location closes at 9PM and whoever I spoke to told me that their last seating is at 730 and was no longer taking any walk ins with a nasty attitude on the phone which is so odd because Kaneohe closes at 8PM yet still sat us 17 minutes prior to their closing time. Rushed our way down to Kaneohe within 20 mins to satisfy my sea food cravings, and it was absolutely worth it

Absolutely delicious and the staff were simply the best humans on the planet!! The catfish poboy was perfectly cooked/seasoned and their spicy sauce is highly addictive ???

Been wanting to try out Kickin Kajun since they opened at Windward Mall, but on the night we planned to dine in, the hubby was suffering from a major allergy attack, so we decided to just get some pupus to nibble on. An was so sweet, she helped me with the menu and made suggestions based on what I wanted to eat. Since I wanted to save the main seafood things for when we do dine in, I asked about the chowder and sampler platter. An said the chowder is really good, and the sampler was a great way to try a bunch of different items. My son was set on having some garlic Fries since you can't go wrong with that), so we placed our order.The wait time went quickly, and before we knew it, An brought us our food and we were on our way home. Sampler Platter $21.00) 4 pieces each of Crab Won Ton, Coconut Shrimp, and Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, which was perfect for my family of 4 to try one of each, with appropriate dipping sauces included. Because I actually like all the items on this sampler, I can't choose a favorite... they're all yummy! Clam Chowder Cup $6.00) Okay, I will be honest... I was expecting a little larger serving size, but the flavor of the chowder and the fact it was loaded with clams made up more than enough! I would order this again! And the oyster crackers that came with it were nostalgic for me.Garlic Fries $9.00) Crispy and crunchy, loaded with garlic as expected vampires beware!! The kids pretty much demolished this plate. Fried Calamari Platter $16.00) with Sweet Potato Fries $1.00) We love fried Calamari, and these were soo good that I was only able to snag 3 pieces! Guess I'll have to go again to get more haha! The sweet potato fries are a favorite of mine and the hubby's, so we enjoyed them thoroughly Didn't realize it at the time, but our order consisted amost entirely of fried items! And each item was perfectly fried and still piping hot when we got home, luckily we live just a 5 minute drive away. Looking forward to dining in on our next visit and trying a seafood boil!
