El Mariachi - Kaneohe

So sad. I am not sure if they changed management but the food was such a disappointment today. The salsa was bland, the rice was mediocre and the ice tea was instant versus fresh brewed. I have had acid reflux for over 4 hours. The food used to be so good.

I had the best fish taco ever—it was absolutely delicious! The number one Hawaiian taco was fantastic too. Be sure to check this place out!

As a Mexican who cooks every day, I can say that the food here is very good. I visited Hawaii and I was happy to find a Mexican restaurant with good food. A pleasure to talk with the owner, Mrs. Vero, thank you for having good Mexican food.

I found it to be decent, but I believe it's overpriced for what you get. I understand that the economy is tough and that it’s not located on the mainland. Coming from the Chicagoland suburbs, I can say that the Latin food there is on a whole different level and usually at half the price.
