Subway - Kaneohe Bay Drive, Kaneohe

Not all Subway locations are the same... Yesterday, I pointed out that there are three Subway restaurants in Kaneohe: Windward Mall, Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center, and this one at Windward City Shopping Center. Gosh. My experience today was totally different from yesterday when I was at Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center. Today, at Windward City Shopping Center, I was greeted right away by smiling faces! I asked if they honor coupons... Yes! I looked at the new Twelve Item Menu and chose The Monster: steak, bell peppers, onions, bacon, cheese, and peppercorn ranch dressing. After my wheat bread was toasted, I was asked what kind of veggies I wanted. I thought that it came with those stated in print. The staff said that I could pick anything that I wanted and more! Wow! Ok! When it came to the packaging, a paper bag was given with my sandwich. Haha! This is the way it should be, right? Thank you! I'll be back!

Toaster was down and paid over $14 for a foot long meal with a small drink. Never again will I pay that much for a sandwich from subway.

Had sandwiches that other locations did not (melts). Good service.

POOR POOR SERVICE!!!! 3 workers, mind you! Called in an order, took them a while to understand what I wanted. I just knew when I went to grab sandwich, something would be wrong. Walked in, TWO workers in front. Fiddling around. Customer in front of me ordered, the other one was about to scold me for standing in the Express Pickup line. When I told her I ordered 15 minutes ago and they said it would be done TEN minutes ago. The look of SHOCK!!! OH MY GOSH! Was it the two turkeys?! They didn 't even start it! And now there 's a line. Wasnt the first time service was this poor. OKAY WAIT!!!!! I wrote this while I was waiting. I get to my car and my FOOT LONG is a 6 !!!! That 's why we stay in school people Unbelievable

The manger that worked on June 12, 2021 on the lunch shift has the worst customer service. We we're trying to give them business with an order for a couple hundred dollers. She was not helpful, I tried to do the order on line and was unable to pick the Kaneohe address. She said there was no way she could help me and asked me to stop calling. My sister has also had interactions with this manger who gave her attitude also. I was polite and she was rude. I asked for the owners information and she refused to provide. I hope this message reaches the owner. Your manger sucks. She is rude and does not accommodate your customers. You are losing money with her as a manger.
