Itaru - kanazawa

Very recommended to go here to enjoy the local seafood. Delicious Sashimi-Platters of the Kanazawa kitchen. A wide selection of drinks on offer including a selection of local will. Everything can be ordered by tablet. Reservations are a must.

If you like white fish, this place is a must try. The first time to eat Nodoguro meshi, but it was very delicious. My favorite part was definitely black throat. It is a bit expensive, but you could definitely share a single order between two people (although you could fight over who gets more fish)

Lightly expensive and there is usually a snake, but it is worth!!! The sea bass is so fleshy and the broth is divine. With this set you can enjoy 3 different options.

Recommended this place of locals. I could enjoy Nodoguromeshi.

It was pretty good but not 5 star good. Only one dish to choose from the menu plus some other small side dishes. Also a bit pricey (3300 yen) for the quality and quantity. Okay to try once.
