The prices at this restaurant are high, the bathroom is dirty, and the customer service is awful.

I attempted to place an order online but was unable to do so. I then tried calling the restaurant using the phone number listed on Google. The first operator I spoke to could only take orders for the Hazeldean location, so I was transferred to another operator for the location I wanted to order from. After navigating through five prompts, I finally reached the new operator, only to discover that she also could not place orders for this location. Frustrated, I ultimately decided to order from somewhere else.

I appreciate my food being hot when it arrives, but not my salad. It was packaged with my wings. The lettuce turned and the dressing was very warm. I was offered a 10% discount for my NEXT order, I asked for an immediate discount and was told theycannot do that, apologized and then he hung up on me.

The service at this restaurant was extremely rude, with limited menu options. I was even hung up on during a phone call. Providing excellent customer service is essential for a successful business. It is important to eliminate toxic individuals who can negatively impact customers' experiences.

There is always issues with their app and the guys at the store never helps, they are not professional and never accepts the issue on their end or never tries to help us fix the issue, they dont know the concept of customer satisfaction at all
