Pizza Hut - KANAB

We ordered pizza and soda to be delivered to our hotel for a large group of 27 people and requested plates, cups, and utensils for our meal. Unfortunately, the delivery was about 20 minutes late, and when we tried to call for an update, no one answered. By the time our order finally arrived, the food was no longer warm, and we received only about 10 plates and utensils, with no cups at all. The delivery person's customer service was disappointing and unacceptable.

I ordered a margherita pizza for 35 euros, but they didn't give me a receipt! I may be a tourist, but I'm not naive. I asked for the menu, and the pizzas were listed at 7 euros each. When I inquired about the price difference, I was told it was only available as an online offer. Since I ordered in person, it ended up costing more. I requested a refund, and the middle-aged blonde lady at the counter promptly returned my money. What a shame! If you wanted a tip, you should have just asked!

I really enjoy Pizza Hut! I think they excel in their food offerings. I typically don't dine in, so I can't comment on that experience. However, I always opt for carryout or delivery, which is consistently prompt. The pizza is always delicious, and they have fantastic deals that cater to any size group you need to feed.

I was so excited when I saw a pizza hut restaurant where you can Dine In, but that tradition is over. The restaurant is there, but no anymore hot pizza in a black tray, no arcade, no soda machine. Just a plain pizza in a box, and u have to purchase yourown 2 litter bottle. They don't even provide crushed pepper or cheese. So basically is like ordering the pizza to go, but eatingthere. So disappointed!

They seemed a little short. eating was very good, but better than I was on pizza hat. the employees were very nice and shorthanded have made a good work. we just go through the opposite, otherwise I would be a regular customer. only without beer, they think it could be a Utah thing.
